WhAAt’s on your mind? is a project revolving around visualizing the Asian American narrative of mental health via an art collage using pencil and oil pastel. Asian Americans are often indirect communicators and sensitive topics like mental health are often overlooked in our households. As an Asian American myself, my hope is that this project will help visualize the stories of Asian American college students and their experiences with mental health.
